For suppliers

Get discovered. Get selected.

If you manufacture or supply, the challenge is rarely capability — it is reaching buyers who are actively sourcing. BIX Axis connects you to buyer-first procurement demand through ProcClinic and relationship-led access through SalesIn.

Why it works

Built around real buyer requirements

Verified demand

Requirements come from real buyers with a defined sourcing need.

Qualified buyers

Less noise, fewer dead leads, clearer commercial intent.

Long-term growth

Repeat visibility as buyer requirements evolve in the region.

Fair & transparent

Clear criteria and process — no pay-to-win placement claims.

What we look for

A credible, documented supplier

  • Clear product or category focus with specifications available
  • Verifiable company documentation and references
  • Realistic capacity, lead times and export experience
  • Responsiveness through the qualification and sampling stages
  • Compliance with relevant standards and certifications
  • Willingness to work through a transparent buyer process

How it works

From supplier profile to a buyer conversation

BIX Axis is the routing layer. It clarifies what you supply, then hands the requirement to the operating business best able to act on it. The commercial work itself is delivered by those businesses.

  1. Step 1

    Share what you supply

Submit your category focus, specifications, capacity and export experience through the contact form. Plain facts are enough — no marketing copy required.

  2. Step 2

    Clarification

Gaps are clarified first: certifications, lead times, minimum order quantities and the markets you already serve.

  3. Step 3

    Routing

Your profile is directed to the engine that fits: ProcClinic for buyer-first sourcing, SalesIn for relationship-led market access, The Agency MENA for in-market representation.

  4. Step 4

    Buyer-side conversation

Where a requirement matches, the relevant operating business takes the conversation forward commercially under its own process and terms.

Where suppliers are routed

Two different supplier situations, two different engines

Suppliers reach BIX Axis for different reasons. The route depends on whether there is an active buyer requirement to answer, or a need for in-market relationships and representation.

Preparing your submission

What to have ready before you submit

Supplier profiles move faster when the basics are documented up front. Nothing here is a guarantee of selection — buyers decide against their own requirements.

Product and specification pack

Datasheets, spec ranges, packaging details and photographs for the categories you actually want to sell into the region.

Company documentation

Trade licence or registration, contactable references and any export documentation you already hold.

Certifications you hold

List only the standards and certificates you can evidence, with issuing body and validity. Unverified claims slow qualification down.

Commercial terms

Indicative pricing basis (for example FOB or CIF), minimum order quantities, lead times and payment terms you can realistically honour.

Capacity and logistics

Monthly capacity, current export destinations and whether you ship directly or through an agent or distributor.

A named contact

One responsive commercial contact who can answer technical questions and approve samples without long internal delays.
